Letter of employment, on company letterhead, stating:
• Position
• Length of employment
• Annual Income (Plus bonus and/or commission, if applicable)
• If self employed, a letter from a CPA
Last year’s tax returns (first two pages)
W-2
Two recent consecutive pay stubs
Two recent bank statements
Bank letter
Any additional income (i.e. Stocks, Bonds, Trust funds, etc.)
Letter of reference from landlord
Two business personal reference letters (i.e. Supervisors)
Two personal reference (Non-related)
Photo identification
Proof of home ownership
If a guarantor is required, the above mentioned documents must be submitted for the guarantor as well. In addition to the above requirements, please provide the following monies:
