As an Associate Broker and Leasing Manager, Tal Eisenberg is in-part responsible for the solicitation of new accounts with some of New York City’s prominent management companies. He is also responsible for the screening and approval of every Green Homes NYC client. 

Tal has a keen understanding of leasing process, and pulls all stops when pushing a client’s application or closing on an investment property.   His broad knowledge of the commercial market makes him one of the most versed and savvy brokers in the city.

Prior to real estate, his excelled in the public relations industry, where he specialized in garnering press coverage in mainstream media for highly technological products such as Robotics, Voice over IPs, and digital pacemakers.

Since his transition into real estate about 5 years ago, he has built his knowledge of the industry and understands that finding a niche is the best path to success.  Over the years, he developed an interest in the Green real estate market.  His passion for this budding trend he earned him a professional home at Green Homes NYC.

During his time off, Tal enjoys travelling, hiking and extreme sports like skydiving, bungee jumping and scuba diving.  Tal studied Political Science at University at Albany and is fluent in German, Hebrew and can converse in French.
